All of our decks are built on pressure treated wood frames. For decking and railing we offer either composite or pressure treated wood.

We partner exclusively with Trex, Americas most trusted name in outdoor living. This exclusive partnership allows us savings on Trex products that we pass directly to you.

All of our builds are priced with Trex Select Decking which is available in two colors: Saddle (Brown) and Pebble (Grey). Upgrade to Trex Transcend decking for a wider choice of color options. 

Yes of course! The price for your project reflects the handling of the permitting and inspection process so you can simply relax and enjoy your new deck.

The time it takes to build a deck depends on the size and complexity of the project. We will provide you with a timeline for your project during the initial consultation and keep you updated throughout the building process. Most of our builds take around 4-5 business days from start to finish.

We Prefer a personal check but can accept credit card as well as bank transfers. Please note that credit card payments and bank transfers are subject to a convenience fee.  

Yes, we build all year round 

Because we are certified "Gold Level" installers of Trex products, in the unlikely

case any products are defective, reinstallation will be covered by the TrexPro Residential limited labor warranty for a period up to 6 years. Beyond that all products are covered under warranty from Trex. During the construction phase of the project please do not hesitate to bring any concerns to our attention so we may address them immediately. After the job is finished, we offer a 6-month period where we will come back out free of charge to correct any defects in our workmanship.

If you do not see what you are looking for in the Deck Selector please call us. We programmed it with an array of popular sizes and options but do have additional offerings. If you are looking for a design that we have not priced out yet there is a $300 design fee that is deductible from the cost of your project if you decide to book with us. Any truly custom design requests may have to be passed on to our sister company Oasis Decks

Absolutely! Some of the upgrades we offer include: Solar post cap lights, upgrade to Trex Transend decking (More color options), Trex Signature aluminum gates, and under deck lattice (on decks 4' and lower)
